Atlantic Alumni Club Policy

Atlantic Alumni Club is formed with the aim to relate to former Atlantic Grupa employees. We recognize unique effort and time that each person who worked here has invested in building Atlantic company as we know today. Keeping in touch with this community for us represents the foundation upon which we would like to shape the future development of Atlantic Grupa.

Who can become a member

Membership in Atlantic Alumni Club is exclusive. Only former employees of Atlantic Grupa and affiliated companies can obtain rights and privileges reserved by the membership in this Club.

There are two ways to become a member:

  • You receive an exclusive invitation granted by the Alumni coordinator
  • You sign up in your exit interview

What are the benefits

Members are granted benefits reserved only for them. By becoming a member you automatically sign up for quarterly fresh updates from Atlantic Grupa sent via e-mail and each member can choose additional benefits to tailor their relationship with Atlantic Grupa. Members can find the list of currently available benefits on their personal Alumni Club profile where you can change your preferences at any time. Benefits may vary, as club develops its scope.

When joining the Atlantic Alumni Club we will ask you to share following information:

  • Personal information:
    • Name*
    • Surname*
    • City*
    • Country of residence*
  • Business info:
    • e-mail*
    • current company*
    • your LinkedIn profile

Membership in Atlantic Alumni Club implies being a part of community. This means alumnae with other members share their professional information (name, surname, current company, e-mail contact, LinkedIn profile if available).

Information about your post address is not mandatory for becoming member of Atlantic Alumni club. It’s strictly reserved for the purposes of mailing you physical benefits if you choose and will not be disclosed to other members of Atlantic Alumni Club.

Sharing information

Information we collect through your membership in Atlantic Alumni Club will be available only to authorised people within Atlantic Grupa d.d. and relevant Atlantic Grupa affiliate companies. None of the information you share with us through Atlantic Alumni Club will not be disclosed or passed on to third parties without your consent.

Communication/unsubscribe/opt-out

Regardless of the settings you select, Atlantic Alumni Club may send you alumni-related communications. To unsubscribe and stop receiving messages, please follow the instructions in the email, text message, notification or other message type. If you have unsubscribed from any Atlantic Alumni Club communications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production.

Modifying or deleting your information

You can modify or delete your profile within Atlantic Alumni Club, through your account. Atlantic Grupa may keep information and content in our backup files and archives.

Changes to This Online Privacy Policy

We will update Atlantic Alumni Club Policy as needed to reflect changes in our services and members' feedback. If there are material changes to this Policy or in how Atlantic Grupa will use your personal information, we will send you via e-mail a notice of such changes prior to implementing the change. We encourage you to periodically review this Policy to remain informed of how Atlantic Grupa is protecting your information.
